Emergency Support
Residents have access to on-site staff who is available a 24-hours providing peace of mind that help is always just a button press away.
Nutritional Support
We provide three nutritious meals daily, along with snacks that cater to special dietary needs, ensuring our residents receive balanced, healthy meals every day
Housekeeping and Laundry Services
Our housekeeping staff ensures that residents' living spaces are clean and comfortable, with laundry services also included to maintain a high standard of hygiene and convenience.

PACE Partnership
Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly
PACE covers all Medicare- and Medicaid-covered care and services. PACE health care professionals work across our Wellspring community to improve and maintain your health. This includes prescription drugs and any medically necessary care for activities or medical appointments
PACE Comprehensive Healthcare
In-Home Services:
PACE offers in-home care, including personal care (bathing, dressing, etc.), home health and home care services, and skilled nursing care, as needed.
Adult Day Center:
PACE programs often have an adult day health center where participants can receive care, participate in activities, and socialize.
Transportation:
PACE provides transportation to medical appointments, the day center, and other activities, ensuring participants can access the services they need.
Medication Coverage:
PACE covers prescription drugs, and any other medications deemed necessary by the healthcare team.
Therapy Services:
PACE offers a range of therapy services, including occupational therapy, physical therapy, and recreational therapy, to address specific needs.
Social and Behavioral Health Services:
PACE provides social work services, social activities, and behavioral health support to address the emotional and social well-being of participants.
Dental and other specialized services:
PACE covers dental care, ophthalmology, and other specialized care.

PACE takes a holistic approach to care, focusing not only on physical health but also on social, emotional, and cognitive well-being. - No Out-of-Pocket Costs:
Individuals who are dually eligible for Medicare and Medicaid (or are Medicaid beneficiaries), have no out-of-pocket costs for PACE services. Participants with Medicare but not Medicaid will pay a monthly premium. - Focus on Community Living:
PACE aims to help individuals remain in their homes and communities for as long as possible, providing an alternative to nursing home care. - Flexibility and Customization:
